Hydrocraft-Lumber Saw, Cannot Obtain
I can not seem to find the lumber saw anywhere I did a google search and there is really little info on it, all it said was sheds and other areas. So I have trolled through west point and through all the farm land near the mall have yet to find one. I am making my way to mcloggin now but figured I should ask.

Is there a certain location I should try? can it be crafted? would having several map mods and a gun mod make a difference to finding one?... any info would be great

Thanking you in advance

Hehe, I'm going to dig up this thread because I am doing exactly this. Venturing to the logging area from West Point.

What constitutes as a shed in PZ? I've used the interactive map to check everything I would call a shed in the West Point area. I've checked warehouses too.

From what I have seen on the Hydrocraft wiki site, this is a bit too rare for an item that can effectively lock you out of the hydrocrafting chain altogether. I don't want to cheat but if I check the logging area, various places in Muldraugh and the train yard with no luck, I might have to.

It's a hydrocraft item, yes but it is not craftable according to the wiki. Has a 0.5 spawn rate in "other" containers within sheds only.

Edit:

So, without one, you can't make a sawbuck. Without a sawbuck, you can't make a wooden beam. Without a wooden beam, you can't make a ladder. Without a ladder, you can't make a mine.

Another edit: Without a mine....you might aswell not be playing with hydrocraft ;D

Yet another edit: My bad, you don't need one to make the sawbuck. You need it to make the wooden beam.

The facepalm edit: Oh....apparently you don't need it if my search through the wiki a bit more is correct. Nevermind. It's just more efficient than a regular saw.

Got and upgraded mine.

I was looking for that saw aswell but in the end i didn´t need it at all. Sawbuck + normal saw are good to make wood beams.
