I was looking for super unique. Random generation can actually give me my own RL name at times, which is also annoying (yay for being a generic NPC in real life).

But they aren't NPC's... They are explicitly PCs. NPC means Non-Player Character.

I just use my real name as the first name and then one of my more favored animals with "shire" or "stead" at the end for my last name. So for instance "Ravenstead" or "Ravenshire".
