Is there some sort of water sortage container that holds wll the water you have collected?

I was wonder if there is something that holds all the water ive collected like a water tower or something because it would be conveint to store water there rather than having cooking pots of water everywhere i look

No major water stroage units in the vanilla game, but Hydrocraft has a couple large water housing units. IBC Towers and a craftable well (which has a ridiculous amount of water storage).

Build water barrels to collect your water rather than pots and pans.
