That's not true. For the first couple years of D2, the armor sets for events were just free drops from the event itself.

The gear is free, and the ornament also are?

What I mean is the majority of events have had cash shop-only cosmetics.

Seeing as I've already played the solstice event and you guys haven't been making these events new or fun for a while now, I think I'll pass.

Do not buy card , lazy ass company not releasing new or diffrent content every year same and they ask charity money . Billion dollar company ask money for charity hahaah

why bother its the same stuff to do as years past, plus half of it is locked behind a paywall, my advice just get the ordainment packs from eververse via bright dust and call it a day until next season

I mean yeah, I've done comp on an alt before, but the point is that saying DLC is "pay to win" is a little disingenuous when F2P players don't/shouldn't really care about the most elite competitive integrity.

Well thats because the "pay to win" isn't aimed at the right direction and people keep thinking the definition in terms of "pay to win" with Destiny 2. "Winning" in this game isn't about competitive integrity, "winning" is more about obtaining unfair advantage with great loot that's only accessible to players who spent more than what's essential to play the game.

And you can't do that. People who pay more don't get loot that people who don't pay extra get.

got event tickets i cant even use cuz its stuck behind a paywall lol but thats ok never really buy game addons. im more likely to buy gold pass for clash of clans

Gold Pass for CoC actually has useful stuff that event cards don't. Although if they made D2 passes have functional loot and not cosmetics people would be ever more mad (as they should be).

Another reskinned rocket launcher, copy and paste event, "please buy our event card". you'd think since the dlc flopped they'd be trying harder on events and updates.

Your game keeps crashing every time it verifies content. did all the error code troubleshooting but I'm still getting the same result. Bungie will probably not look at this page anyway. If anyone else has a suggestion please let me know. Thanks
