Why do focused decodings at master Rahool not have the long press confirm?

Just threw away an exotic engram because I wanted to see if there's a preview to focused decodings. Why does scrapping a weapon/armor take forever but a focused decoding of a exotic engram have no safety precautions?

I've been wanting a specific exotic, one that I've still not gotten even through weeks of your "literally 3 exotic engrams each week per character *GUARANTEED". And before you spew some random thing about how "you need to do a lost sector!!!" or whatever, it's an exotic that I know is in the world drop loot pool, not a lost sector exclusive.

Also who the hell are you, the United States during WWII? Do you seriously consider 2, count them, TWO jester awards, one that's very likely from you, to be "getting bombed"?
What about you then, are you half-bombed? You have one too.

2.Original point being that I didn't want to waste an exotic engram, turned into "you get 3 exotic engrams per week" turned into "why does it matter if i get 3 if i still don't get the exotic i want".
Yes lost sectors drop exotic engrams, wow amazing! I do wish there was an easier way to get some exotic engrams for free... maybe even... 3?! I know I'm asking for much, but maybe bungo can be kind to us. After all, they gave us so much content in eververse, we can't ask too much of them!
