this scout rifle is so pitifully weak, it's borderline comical. it 2 and even 3 taps red bars in cases where dead man's tale would 1 tap, barring solar shields. I tried using precision instrument in the hopes it would compensate for it's abysmal base damage with adequate precision damage, but it barely makes a difference

I thought we were past the era of craftable troll guns like forensic nightmare, but honestly, that smg could use a buff too
