"Class" Exotic Glaves

Any case, overall the removal of class specific isn't the worst issue, what the bad part is is this change to the special reload. Making it require hits makes them worse over all.

Action:
out preformed by Vexcalibur (S), which requires no hits to provide a oversheild
(honestly the only useful thing this has going for it now is the bubble...)

Concurrence:
I feel like this one has the hardest time of all, being out preformed by many Trinity Ghoul (P), Dead Messenger (S), Graviton Lance (P), heck any Wave frame grenade launcher (S).
Now the only real incentive to this is the Jolt, but there are generally enough ways to make that happen now, we even have a primary trace rifle that can Jolt now.

Intent:
My friend is a warlock, and even he had just dropped this one in favor of Lumina (P), cause if you need kills, you might as well not worry about ammo, not to mention the long list that out preforms a single slow heal turret in the healing department

My thoughts

Feel free to suggest what you would do to fix this, but here are my ideas:
first off revert them back to what they were previously.
Next Concurrence if its going to be a damage focused weapon and generally based on the hunter, then about about it turn it into a mini gathering storm?
This next change is so simple but so good, arguable enough to make them "Exotic tier" as they should be? Ok hear me out... make the special reload provide more than a single shot? Imagine: multi mini bubbles, a barrage of mini gathering storms, entire area coverage of heal turrets!
THAT is exotic tier!

This is about the glaves not the streamers, despite me mentioning a streamer and providing a video of exactly what they suggested being changed in the game.
I merely added it to refer to how this problem is the result of a different more commonly known problem to the community. but if that is to distracting for you I can remove it? Is that what you want?
