Iron Banner Matchmaking Rebalance Needeed

The matchmaking algorithm needs a massive change. I've been placed in at least 15 lobbies straight with almost 1/2 the team being new to IB or haven't played in a while and lost by horrendous numbers. While I should be happy about new players playing, There's no reason they can't be put in an all "new players" lobby. And the folks who are playing are playing with their trials load outs and just forcing everyone else to play sweaty and poor as a result (either that or they're protesting Trials not being open). Being the top player on my team for 10 losing games in a row doesn't feel good, Bungie. At the very least, there should be an extra amount of IB rank you receive for placing well if we're going to make this next week and a half a total slog to play through.
