"Overload Machine Guns
Uninterrupted fire from your equipped Machine Guns grants bullets that stun combatants, delaying ability energy regeneration ...
Requires Any 1 Energy"
Uninterrupted or not, it doesn't make sense to require three shots from Xeno to stun overloads when every other machine gun in the game stuns in three shots, and here's why: time to stun. Every automatic machine gun stuns in less than a second, but Xeno (and Grand Overture, which isn't meta but is fun to use) take about 3.5 seconds to stun due to their slow firing rate (or charge-up, in GO's case). This is simply too slow to be reasonably useful in any higher-light setting.
I understand why it doesn't work from a technical perspective, but from a practical one it means that neither of those exotics will be used this season in champion settings.
