Do you have zero idea of what you are doing?

Basic requirements include:
Be active. We are not asking you to give us your every waking moment, like many others will as of you.
Have a basic understanding of the English language. We understand that English is not everyone's first Language, we just ask you know enough to communicate with the rest of Kaldara.
Be respectful. While we promote high level camaraderie and smack talk from time to time, we still expect our members to respect each other.

I am not a new player i do know what im doing, I want to raid, and get help with quests that are marked 750 but are no res and non matchmaking,
getting hidden triumphs, im stuck on lock and key's pyramidion as no one will help with it out of almost 400 people in the current clan discord.
I need specifics bob, about how many are in your clan and if you are friendly and help out and if you raid or not, and or help out people that do know what to do but just cant solo stuff that is locked or non matchmaking.

We are a social, uncensored bunch, but friendly. So it is on each individual who joins to either choose to become a member of the family or just another number.
We even have one dedicated player to crucible and she has gotten many of our members to max rank.

my kd ratio used to be 2.2 but iron banner and crimson weened it down
and ive only done 1 raid with a PUG
so I am not sure about the ... you get out what you put in, as I help everyone in my clan but zero help back
I am 42 single and my daughter turns 19 tomorrow, but I dont work and my wife has passed.
just trying to make sure that if I say hey I have a quest that isnt matchmaking I want help with
its for a gun no one uses but id like to get it.
my clans reply is No one uses that gun so no.. we wont help
they wont even help do clan xp stuff from hawthorne

The work week can be a hit or a miss, as we do work (I am personally a Sailor) but someone will respond, in some way, shape or form.
why would you bother with getting all the eggs or that Xenophage MG no one cares no one uses it

I swear these kids are so, vexing.
We raid every now and then, but this week we have a theme week, where we will be doing a lot of super chill, fun leviathan raid runs (eater, spire and leviathan) together, and you can earn some really cool things doing so. We also really love teaching new members raids, and getting better together.

I know what you mean! if you're still looking, my clan Blueberries With Brains, are expanding on the PC side. Most of our players are xbox but a few of us have made the move over and we've recruited a few more in the past week. Clan Leader here,
Kaldara plays a number of different games and is generally looking to expand. We've got a number of people who only really play Destiny 2, and a slightly smaller number who do several different games. The goal of the group was to offer a unique experience and avoid having to find a new clan every time you fired up something different on steam. Changing friend groups is annoying as all hell to us.
We heavily encourage people not to clique up too much, and the vast majority of our players will play with whoever so long as their interest in gamemode is relatively aligned. We also have a pretty good subset of our players who will just straight up go do whatever it is people need help with.
We require Discord, but that's to make sure people are actually here to be part of the community and not just sit in D2 collecting free engrams without putting anything in. We don't have heavy activity requirements, but we do boot from ingame clans if you go inactive for a month without prior notification. Though if we see you are still heavily active in discord and just taking a break from in-game, we tend to put you on the 'do not boot' list.
We've got bots installed in the discord allowing for better raid and event scheduling, and of course a number of fireteam chats so that people can separate out without too much distraction when doing quests/raids/etc.
Our group schedules multiple raids every week and growing. We've got a few people who are very heavy into Crucible, and one of our new officers has helped carry 20 people to Fabled in Comp just to get their recluse. (We're working on a reward for her atm)
This clan was built to be a community and was founded on the principle that it's more fun to play together, and to actually use Comms and help each other. Generally speaking, in KAldara, the more helpful you are, the more helpful others tend to be.
So, As Frodo said, come on down, join the Discord and say hi. We onboard all of our new members to the training clan (We call them Legions) and give them time to find which group of people they tend to play most with, and we send them to that Legion when it's done. Our Discord sits at 389 Members, with probably about 150-200 online at any given time (aside from maybe really weird hours) And we've got a very active core to the membership that's always happy to greet new people and help get them on board. If your time in the training Legion is unpleasant for some reason, you're free to leave without any drama, though we do appreciate feedback so we can fix the issues, address the problems, and talk with any elements that might crop up in the group as less than friendly.

Kaldara is a shorter way of referring to it, think of it like Roman Empire vs Rome. Same entity.

Either way, we look forward to seeing you. Our membership is active and we've got a sort of military-esque ranking system that's easy to climb if you're being part of the group, playing the game and being helpful. In Kaldara you go as high as your merit and will take you.

About 20 members have pm'ed me saying they want to find a new clan also, as our clan again are full of pious elite a hole kids.
Hugs and hopefully I find a new and good home where people actually give a care, its bad when 20 people want to leave the same weekend.
