disabled and looking for gm exiscion help

I have tourettes, so it is very hard to play at a difficult or competitive lvl. looking to try and clear the gm excision activity I was able to get thru on normal difficulty but have trouble finding a group for gm that isn't toxic. any help would be appreciated!!
