Do you need DLC to get 1960+ gear?

no, but it's pretty limited without current dlc/seasonal stuff. do missions and quests that say powerful or pinnacle, marked by a gold star on your director. they will get you up to 2010, and after 2010 the only way to level up is with pinnacles

What always do is buy the Annual Pass, gives you basically everything. All seasons and dungeon keys.

EDIT: Before new BIG release, you only need to buy 1 dungeon key if I'm correct.

Annual pass gives the 3rd dungeon key, you'd have to buy the other 2 with silver.

Hey man. A lot of the game is locked behind a pay-wall sadly. You can reach that power level F2P. There’s a lot of DLC on sale too btw. The most relevant one to buy would be the legacy collection and or/or The final shape annual pass edition (keep in mind annual pass upgrades are different from the actual DLC itself).

So the light and darkness collection can be found for 33€ but is is missing keys to dungeons as I understood.

Tha annual pass has everything but can only be found for 99€.

What is the better option?
