Lodestar Catalyst.
From what I can find it says defeat 700 targets. Im over 700 now but Im not getting the catalyst. Do they mean 700 kills in strikes only perhaps ?

The catalyst isn't available until season pass rank 145, which is only accessible after the launch of Act 2 of Heresy. Only after you claim it will you have to get the kills to finish the catalyst to allow for applying it to Lodestar.
