Report a translation problem
My 2 cents: be honest, but polite. Id try to let them know they arent ready for this dungeon yet. Give them some videos to help with understanding the game better.
Id even explain to them that master dungeons, are only useful for artificer armor and even that is super rng; doing them is for super-late-game content.
If you really want to help by carrying them, Id get another player that really knows what they are doing to help you out.
Maybe as the more experienced player, you could change their mindset to different easier content, that would benefit them, and help them with that instead.
Be humble, let them know that you have your limits too. Because its not just you, or them, but a team. Together you rise, and together you fall.
I wished old part of the Tower like in the hangar where there is a meditation room where players could....you know....uhm...talk and solve things out.
