[ Answered ] How do I tell ''is not you...is me'' in a conversation?
I've joined 3 nights ago a fresh clear Ghost of the Deep on Master difficult, we have reached on 3nd encounter and stopped there. I continued 3rd checkpoint about 7 hours ago and finished but then the person I've accepted to help firstly met, got online and asked to play. After 4 hours trying to complete his run on 3rd checkpoint....no success because he pretty much commit suicide everytime me or the 3rd random goes down.

So how do I start the conversation to maybe take a break or try another or in another dungeon rotation it appear? Almost like saying ''is not you is me'' and vice versa?

How do you deal with a situation like this? Do you simply quit without saying a word?
Do you unplug your cable and give any excuse of bad connectivity? Or do you ( my situation ) stay for long....so long hours trying to help till the person in hands gets tired and schedule another day?
What do you do? We are not even part of the same guild. I am trying at best be supportive but at some point it gets really frustrated. He do have an average build but only bad in skills like having quick reflexes and decisions in the act.

after four hours you can use whatever excuse you like, just be tactful, or run with some more healy builds and carry the dungeon run

You only continue if you still enjoy doing it. If you dont enjoy helping someone for so long who doesnt seem to get it,theres no shame in just doing something else. And be honest, just say its not gonna work like this and that you want to try it again another time, but with another player to help you carry him. Dont feel like youre the bad guy in this situation, youre not.

Its a hard call.

My 2 cents: be honest, but polite. Id try to let them know they arent ready for this dungeon yet. Give them some videos to help with understanding the game better.
Id even explain to them that master dungeons, are only useful for artificer armor and even that is super rng; doing them is for super-late-game content.

If you really want to help by carrying them, Id get another player that really knows what they are doing to help you out.

Maybe as the more experienced player, you could change their mindset to different easier content, that would benefit them, and help them with that instead.

Be humble, let them know that you have your limits too. Because its not just you, or them, but a team. Together you rise, and together you fall.
Thanks for this chatting. These times are precious when it comes to listen, talk and guide others for solutions. I mean a therapy session would help the fireteam like we bringing ours problems and discuss to Master Rahool or Ikora Rey to assist.

I wished old part of the Tower like in the hangar where there is a meditation room where players could....you know....uhm...talk and solve things out.:frosty::cozyroe2::cleanhourglass:
