COMP PLACEMENT MATCHES ISSUE

I have played much more than 7 matches in the comp crucible playlist and currently have my rank. I did not get my Redrix's Estoc curated roll from completing the 7 matches for this season while the other 2 players in my fireteam received it without issue. I have however gotten it from random drops after the 7th game. I also cannot turn in my crucible engrams to farm for weapons like Rose as it says i have not completed my placement matches in comp. Does anybody else have this issue this season?
