Why not, you started out talking about the content vault.
I personally don't care about year one content, the game has gotten better than that, in spite of it's warts.
To make it better? Maybe ignore the streamers and just look at what the player base does, what is attracting them and what do they avoid, and work to draw in more people. I don't think there is going to be anyone to sprinkle fairy dust on the code to make the bugs go away. I suspect if Bungie knew how this game would take off, they MIGHT have done a better job, keep in mind, Bungie didn't want to make this game at all. Also remember, it was Bungie's lazy slopy work that made the content vault a thing.
Edit: Thanks for the Steam points.
Stop all this "glorified MP" when its really just a single player adaption.
More Events/dungeon like themes needed for players to properly engage together in.
MASS world event/bosses that cater to fuill server sides having to take on (10-20players)
Just needs fleshed out properly and catered towards making it actually worth whlie.
Work out the shortcomings of the second part and give the world a worthy continuation of the game
