Missing the seasonal artifact

So l am a hunter main and started playing a month back and recently 2-3 days ago and with start of Episode Heresy i decided to play on Warlock and made a character, but i am unable to acquire the seasonal artifact on this character. Few things that i have already tried or checked are :-
1.I have completed the introduction quest and am on currently step 13 of Act 1 quest.
2.I had acquirdd the tablet of ruin during the quest and visited the shaping slab at eris apartment.
3.The shaping slab vendor is rank 10 as i maxed it on my hunter while playing and it did not award me the tablet of ruin.
4.I have check my inventory and collections>equipment and it does not have the artifact displayed there.
5.The slot which should have the artifact has a loading symbol on it.
I am lost with what to do and how can i acquire it.

you have it on your hunter? you should have it automaticly on your others
try checking the quest log at the HELM
