Mission is one of the easier Exotic quests.
Normal can be easily soloed.
Legendary is just as easy in a party.
Only challenge comes form learning how solve the platforming part which is like 80% of the mission.
You can have someone lead the way.

Regardless another reason to play the mission is because its fun.
Its difficult to believe but some people actually play content for the sake of content not just for the sake of the drops it has.

I did it back in the day twice, once for the gun and once for the catalyst. But that was back when their weren't many options for sniper rifles. Today though, there plenty of long range 1 tap options, personally it's not worth it to me. But if you've never done the dungeon, it can be fun with other players (that's how I did it). Be prepared to miss jumps and timing of wall movements.
