coming back after a year+ I got the 1810 chest..what is there to do?

title. since i'm max level, what is there for me to grind? are there any raids or grandmaster NFs that are above 1810? someone mentioned onslaught to me previously but i tried it and didn't really care for it. i'm really not sure what there is to work towards besides maybe specific rolls. why would bungie give a max level chest regardless?

edit: for clarification, i didn't know 1810 was the max. i just thought it was a small power boost, nothing significant.

1810 is the max power level WITHOUT the seasonal artifact.

So if you want to do 1830+ activities such as Grandmaster NFs or master raids, you need to get the seasonal artifact, level it up for the perks, as well as increasing your power level. It's been like this since every other season.

Or you can wait for the Final Shape expansion to be release and go for +2000. Do note that some activities will be upgraded to this power level as you progress per season.

literally anything you want that you have access to, bungie wanted people to join the game with into the light so they bumped everyone up to the max gear level so new players can just jump on and play with their friends who already play the game without spending however long grinding for power level

rolls, dungeons, nightfalls, crucible, gambit, onslaught, raids, buildcrafting

granndmaster nightfall are capped at 1815 so going over that changes nothing, you can comfortably do a gm nf @ 1810 easily

You actually don't need the season pass to get the artifact. You just need to finish the intro mission to the seasonal content which is free to all players.

Bungie gave out that gear as it's the end of the content cycle and they want new/returning players to just be able to jump into the content they want to play without it being locked behind an RNG levelling grind.

As for what is there to do if you can't answer that question then what exactly did you come back for?
