Illudstrious Raider (How do I complete it?)

I have the Illustrious Raider weekly and the progress is 100% but the secondary condition is "Incomplete"but says to complete an encounter on Normal Difficulty or higher. How exactly am I supposed to complete this weekly? It says Raids and Dungeons are valid, but no matter how many dungeons I do it won't complete.

Is this your main account? If so, I don't see any completed dungeons on it.

Dungeons are things like Prophecy in the Legent tab. Some people think that normal strikes are dungeons too, but that's not true. just in case.

you don't need to fully complete the dungeon just an encounter, prophecy dungeon and finish the first boss fight will complete it
