Its not class specific but i think it also depends on the perk.
Because if a warlock or titan get a class item that has exotic perks from hunters like Skittering Stinger (Athrys's Embrace), or Hawk Eye Hack (Night Hawk) it would be useless because they don't have Weighted knife or golden gun. BUT they can get Upgraded Sensor Pack (Knuckle head), relentless Tracker (Foetracer), Winged Eclipse (MothKeeper's), and so on, from hunters exotic perk pool because they are passive perks that can be applied to any classes.
it sounds wild i tell you.
I imagine the perks will be toned down, so instead of normal Sunbracers it would just give *some* grenade energy off melee kills. They surely want to avoid massive issues.
This. It's 100% going to be a curated and modified pool of toned-down perks.
Absolutely not. The double perks are weaker versions of pre-existing ones. For instance, Star Eaters only stacks once, Ophidian's only boosts handling, etc.
So, you think people will still use the armor we have now?
It was shown, the text was "picking up AN orb of power boosts super damage". So only one orb it would seem.
