Is it worth getting on PC

I played destiny for years on PlayStation with every dlc unlocked. Is it even worth it to rebuy everything on PC. Or should I just wait for final shape to play on PC

PS5 > PC.
PS Controller doesn't work well on PC, TouchTad in on Share button and can't change it in Steam Setting or the game bug and doesn't support our controller anymore, shame.

A almost complete version was sold on humble bundle for 36$ it had all DLC other than Witch queen dungeon keys.

Why would you play Destiny 2 on pc with controller?

Just like how some people cant get used to FPS games on controller you have people who always gamed on consoles so mouse aim feels awqauard to them.
Personally controllers are way more relaxing and comfortable to use in games to me.
But i will admit in most cases its not worth the loss in precision and speed. So i will still play any FPS or Strategy (OR CPRG) game on them.

Compared to PS5 id say PC only offers Free online and more control options.
And you can also alt tab to look at YouTube videos while you wait for matchmaking i guess.

If you play on controller anyway and pay for online for other games no reason to rerbuy it on PC.

Buying all the DLCs wouldn't be wise unless you feel better using PC, so I recommend playing around, do some Crucible matches, Dares, see how it feels before making any purchases. And I wouldn't listening to people talking about the game falling off, do what you want.

You'll get better frame rates than on your console and you can use mouse and keyboard which has its advantages and downsides. If you aren't using cross save you'll also have to deal with PC players if you aren't already on your console. PC players typically are pretty skilled and can turn faster.

Its still the only Online MMO like game that forces you to buy every single expansions to get The full expiriance.
Most other online games just give you older expansions when you buy the new ones.
So might as well make the game cross buy and tie content to a single account.

Either way, if you're making the switch over you should check on a site like G2A, you can easily save $80-100 just by getting the expansions on there, I was able to get my friend everything for $40

Why can't you use Xbox controller instead? Or play on keyboard?

Expansion DLC does not transfer across platforms as there is no way for Steam to verify if you own certain expansions on Playstation or Xbox and even if they could, Valve would want their cut too.

Only silver purchases transfer, since Silver is the premium currency that is between you and Bungie only. This means that both the Dungeon Keys transfer, but access to Stasis and Strand subclasses (from Beyond Light and Lightfall respectively) do not. You can access your characters from other platforms if you cross save, but you will need to repurchase expansions for activity access on Steam.
