How Do Some Of These Titans Get An Overshield Just For Crouching?

As the title asks, how do some of these titans I'm facing in trials get overshields just by crouching? I've ran across a few who all they do is crouch and poof full overshield. They didn't kill anyone. They didn't consume a grenade. Nada. Just crouching.

Are they crouching behind a rally barricade? Probably a void Titan's Bastion aspect. Activating rally barricade causes a Titan to crouch automatically.

Yeah I'm getting really fed up with the titan overshields. Every opening team fight they simply have more HP than me. I have to work much harder to perform better, which is silly.

Still went flawless this week, despite the exploiting.

First off, Void Titans can use an overshield upon casting a rally barricade.

Second, Skill issue.

It's still not an exploit though. And almost anything in this game can be a crutch, destiny 2 is one of the most tryhardy but low-skill shooters
