Path of Ambition Rep

Does anyone know a good method for grinding Path of Ambition rep? You have to max out the new reward track on the Shaping Slab to get all of the perks and catalysts for the Barrow-Dyad and boy, this second rep track is painful, it seems to go up sooooo slowly.

I've tried expert Nether clears, grinding Court of Blades, loading into the Nether to grab Essentia and leaving, then cashing it in at the thing Eris's apartment, it all seems like it's going to take a million years to finish this second track.

I'm enjoying Heresy, but not so much that I want to spend what feels like dozens of hours grinding the seasonal activity just to max the rep track out.
