It was the development placeholder name for Tulgorh, Aspect of Agony, the Taken Ogre final boss of The Whisper mission. For some reason, that old name sometimes showed up in the live game instead of his release name.

The bug got patched, but the Rushdown mode seems to have re-introduced it. So we've got Jimmy to fight instead of Tulgorh.

Well that explains a lot.
But all that did was remind me of this video that has Kirby that also uses a funny line from Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
Volume warning if you are using headphones or playing it out loud in a small room.

Could be just me and my stupid sense of humor but the idea of a Destiny boss named Jimmy sounds comical and threatening if done right.

Or if Bungie decided to add Jimmy as a joke boss in Xur's gameshow.
