the standard: make sure everything is updated.
or: it's simply your GPU overheating, due to gathered dust on the heath sinks.
Like someone suggested try turning off HDR if this is not a hdr display of any kind.
Try reseating the graphics card, any slight disconnect will cause anomalies while still operating seemingly perfectly fine.
Try reseating ram, same thing applies here and if the issue is not catastrophic enough windows or the pc will not crash.
Try a different monitor in the rare chance this is a fault in the display or cables connected.
