Grandmaster Nightfall, Questions?

1. For Grandmaster Nightfall Missions, will it not auto-match you with a Fire-team, like regular Nightfall? Do I have to manually form a team?

2. My Powerlvl is 2022, and I know that Grandmaster Nightfall says 2040, will I get a level boost to the highest powerlvl in my group?

I finally got the regular Rake Angle Glaive but now I want to get the Adept version.

Increasing my powerlvl is very difficult now, I think I also maxed my artifact.

1: For all NF levels above Adept, you will not matchmake. Expert, Master, and GM all need manual teams.

2: You will boost off teammates, up to the cap of 2040. The enemies are leveled at 2060.

Even after you max the 12 mods out, you can still boost your bonus PL from the artifact. That has no cap, but requires more XP for each level.
