Where to start

Just bought destiny 2, the story so far from humble bundle.
I started the game, got my first ship and got to the city.

After that it throwed me right into the lightfall expansion.
Cant see the option for the older dlc nothing.
Everything is installed correctly but i dont get other quests?

This is probably normal. I believe the first time experience takes you through the first few missions on the latest DLC. You can go to the Destinations tab, and select Timeline option in the top right, from here you can select other DLC initial missions to kick them off. This is how I started the Witch Queen DLC this morning. I've done all but that one, and couldn't figure it out myself until I found it via the Timeline option.

UX and UI in Destiny 2 is pretty bad tbh.

It took me 80h to understand what going on back then and looks like it aint got any better :D

I just started playing a few days ago and I can confirm the game feels like it is actively trying to discourage new players. It is awful.

So i just found the timeline, but how do I play the previous dlc like shadowkeep?

A lot of old content is gone, if you press J and do the mission that take you to Shaw Han, then you will be off to the right start and getting you into the tower and more advanced stuff fast.
