SHOULD be all the exotic 160 speed sparrows yes. The lower rarity ones should still be slower.

I get what you're saying, some non-exotics actually look really freakin' cool, but the exotics being faster than the lower rarities make them feel more worth-it and "exotic"
and too bad for speed runners, they can always rely on skills rather than exploits, like back in the days.
The point of an exotic sparrow is that it looks exotic. It doesn't need to be faster than the non-exotics. Might as well just let them all go fast so everyone can enjoy whatever sparrow they like.
