Exotic Mission Rotator cant unlock Sweet Sorrow or Recurrent Impact patterns

I was excited to see old seasonal weapons returning Because I wasn't playing during those seasons. I have been spending some time unlocking the patterns for these weapons. But when I finished the pattern for Recurrent Impact It said I needed season 16. I own all the expansion and was under the impression that was all that was I needed to unlock the patterns. I have only noticed a few weapons that have this requirement, such as sweet sorrow and recurrent impact (very much was looking forward to crafting them). Did I miss something or is it bugged?

you can still craft them dw just go to the enclave

It is just the pattern 'triumph' that is bugged. You don't need to claim the triumph, to be able to craft the weapon, it should be available to craft.
