Like half the PvE community don’t sit there re running raids and GMs that are the same outcome every time 💀
PVP will always and has always been a mess, that’s why it’s fun. Just don’t play if you’re not enjoying it.
I get why CBMM is a thing, but this is crazy, Bungo seem to think that one sweat carrying an entire team is as reasonable as 12 hopeless players playing to together which is what it really ought to be at the lowest level.
I have no intention of gitting gud, I hate PVP, but why is someone who has not played it at all since buying the game in a crucible encounter with someone like that?
it is like buying a racing game and your first race being against an esports driver, or jumping FIFA with pro players and the like, it's just a bit silly
@OP:
Welcome to Destiny 2 PvP.
People are so ahead of others, know so many tricks, glitches, exploits, have so much better gear, have better min/maxed gear, it is totally normal to see a 1 to 37 score.
Like the gap between some players is just.......a grand canyon.
Yet my point is this, it seems to me that the matchmaking works something like this.
OK we have 10 average players here, some of them have only only done 4 or 5 games, they would be great all playing together.
Hang on though it has taken them 45 seconds to start a match as there are not many people like that around, tell you what we will drop in some better players and one freak who will carry everyone in his team, that will make the match really close won't it?
well yes the match was close, the score was close, but the ability of each person was not, it was massively unbalanced, that for me is utetrly wrong.
All Bungo care about is a perceived close match, no matter how it is achieved
every change to crucible in the last 2 months, of which there have been quite alot, have ruined it more and more as each week passes. its only downhill from here.
I would like to see your source on that number.
The problem is that attacks the person, why insult someone for being good? If you only play a little each day but have played for years, you can be very good and have good gear, that's not being a no life. One of my grandsons is pretty good at it and he is more into Warhammer 40K stuff but has played this game since 2018 (we started the same day) and can tell you what gear is good for what most times.
I can understand not wanting to go against someone with a large skill gap, I don't understand putting the person with more skill down though. We used to call it dedication. You learn to get better by going against those who are better than you.
One more point, don't take PvP serious in this game, that leads to frustration.
I don't understand how anyone can get utterly demolished unless they are putting literally zero effort in. Even if your team sucks you can still be the best in the game.
2. Don't take it serious.
3. If you don't like it, don't play it.
4. You really don't need the stuff you have to do PVP for.
Also Supremacy does not have skill based match making so stomps are expected nearly any game.
wise words.
Seriously, its like a no brainer, thats how every skill in the world works. The more time you put into it the better you get. Nobody is a good Tennis player in his first hour.
Dude please dont assume if you dont know! Nobody here was talking about how frequently someone was playing. We were talking about if someone is good or not and playing video games to be able to compete with nowadays Fortnite kids asks you do nolife cause everyone with a life does not have the time to play video games in the amount a kid has.
The point really is that playing a match with 12 players when one player is clearly several times better than ANY other player is maybe not the best way to sort out online matchmaking in my mind
You, are not a source known to be reliable, you're an unknown. You as a source is just your opinion.
Yes, you did talk about how frequently someone plays, just what do you think no life means?
Everyone has a different capacity to pick up on new things, some catch on fast while others don't. Some have family or friends that give them pointers.
