up to 50% super energy based on number of ads tethered
and then you get a huge chunk of your abilities back whenever something gets thethered.

you can run triple dynamo on helmet and then spam dodge whenever its up and youll have tether up the whole time if you're planning on farming something like shuro chi with it.
