Missing Prismatic Stuff On Second Character?

i bought the campaign skip on my second char after i completed it on my first.
I still have 2 supers and 2 fragments locked and i have no idea how to get them.
Any help?

Six: Queens I & II in the middle, then check to the left and the right where there are two staircases for Hollow I & II, and Home I & II.
