How to unlock the rest or reamining skills after campaign!?

What activity or quest unlocks the remaining silltree of that new one they added with the DLC?
or will they come later and are not available yet?

They are available - 3 of them are in last 3 campaign missions in case you did not find them incidentally. Then... then there are spread across the Pale Heart and all they are locked behind funny puzzles.

And there are some locked behind some weird chests that I don't hive to go look for. Still, way better than when Beyond Light came in when all fragments were locked behind ridiculous grind in strikes.

to unlock the titan axe supper once you unlock it the first time run it again on void
i had to rerun the mission again on the void tree to unlock it for that tree

You should get all the new aspects and the new super for your class by finishing the campaign (though it seems to be possible to miss some, so you may need to replay certain missions depending on what you didn't get).

The fragments for Prismatic are all over. Some are in campaign missions, some are in chests in the open world, some require you to complete certain activities. I'd look up a guide for where the Prismatic Fragments are; that'd be the fastest way to find them all.
