Superblack shader

I want to obtain the superblack shader and the internet says it is in the Hall of Heroes but i can't get to it because it is blocked/not open. Can someone help me?

Hall of heroes is no longer in the game unfortunately, and you cant get superblack anymore. I don't know if it is coming back or not though.

As far as I remember, they said they gonna bring back the Superblack shader at some point.

Before the Superblack Shader, we already had a Black Shader called "Twilight Keepsake" that is part of the Festival of the Lost event that was a random Memento drop after you finished the quest.

So I think they will probably add the Superblack Shader as a Vendor reward for completing certain tasks during the Festival of the Lost event, or they add it into the Eververse Store for Bright Dust during the event.
