Paranormal Activities bugged?

Is anyone else having issues finding the commune locations for each one of these events? I've completed Micah's questline and found all of the ghosts but I can't seem to find the commune spot for the activities. Do I have to keep doing the Alone in the Dark repeatable or is it broken?

Each time you run through Alone in the Dark, you unlock another Paranormal Activity (ie, unlock the commune spot for two geometries), so 11 full runs of the quest to unlock them all.
