Swarmers?

I've seen what Swarmers do and I'm wondering how I get them

you can get them from the cryptarc by getting him to level 16 and resetting him, then it will open up a 3rd page where u can buy it directly from him.

Swarmers were released with Lightfall so you will need the DLC to be able to obtain them. Personally I would do Vex Strike Force to obtain exotics as they have a knock out system, hence the game gives you an exotic you dont have (if you own the DLC).

I do own the DLC! are they obtainable through exotic engrams?
