Game Crashing near the Start of The Lost City, The Pale Heart

My game is consistently crashing at the same point when running The Lost City, The Pale Heart mission. I get to the point where we leap down to the platform below, right at the start, and the game crashes as soon as I land.

I have run a verify files check, which found no errors and didn't help. I restarted my computer after the DLC download. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game. I have lowered my graphic settings to low. I have changed the difficulty from legendary to normal. I have tried to run it both in a fireteam and solo... I'm just at a lost for what to do, and getting ready to get a refund. Any ideas on what else I can try?

Updated my graphics drivers(saw a post on reddit), now it works for me.
So try updating your video drivers

The games not only crashes but also reboots my computer. Drivers are all current, no updates needed.

It's saying my drivers are all up to date.

There is more going on in that case, the game crashing will not cause a reboot. What do your temps look like. I ask because that would would be the next step to check, thermal or voltage protection.
The crash being one thing, the whole pc rebooting is a whole other can of worms.
