Galanor Class item bugged

after testing with various supers the class item seems to be bugged and not actually returning super energy, has anyone else tested this and figured out what exactly works yet?

Edit: After a bit more testing ive come to the conclusion that it does not work for certain supers

Golden Gun: After 3 precision hits it returned about a quarter of the bar
Deadshot: Seemed to vary quite a bit but at one point i managed to get about half a bar back
Storm's Edge, Silkstrike : Tested a couple times couldn't manage to get any super energy back
Silence and Squal: couldn't really tell if it was working either, i think it was giving a bit back from tornado hits but couldn't really tell as i said.

Considering those 5 supers are available to Prismatic Hunter...

Dunno if this is even alive enough to talk about anymore but can confirm it does work with Storm's Edge. Tested it on a tormentor and a group of ads and it can refund up to 50% based on the hits part of the exotic perk.
