How do I unlock the Hall of champions?

You can't, it went away when The Final Shape launched. You can still earn the related weapons from the Onslaught activity, but the Hall of Champions is gone.

Ah damn ok, I'm a returning player after a couple of years and heard thats a good place to go, guess the video I watched is out of day lol. Thanks for letting me know though I was going crazy XD
