Tough choice. PvP - Ticuu's Divination.
PvE - Le Monarque, Graviton Lance and Vex Mythoclast.

Kind of a tough one.
My top choices are (in order from best to worst): Trinity Ghoul, Graviton Lance, Coldheart, & Wavesplitter.
