Meteoric quest bug

After completing the quest to have FAILSAFE join the HELM, she isn't there. I'm not sure what to do.

Do you have the quest in your quest log? I had the same issue and checked the quest archive terminal next to post master and i had the seasonal quest there.

Did you eventually get it to work? I made a new character and it wont come up for me.

I can't for the life of me figure out why it is still not working. I didn't get the cutscene that hooks up failsafe in the helm that everyone's talking about. Even though I have the quest, I've checked the Quest Archives and talked to pretty much everyone (Zavala, Ikora, Saint, Shaxx etc.) to make sure I didn't miss anything. Yet I still can't get Failsafe in the helm. Is anyone else having this problem? I can't reactivate echo engrams without failsafe in the helm without Failsafe.
