How do I access stasis?

I boosted a new character and it doesn't have stasis. All guides I look at say I have to complete the campaign but the mission doesn't exist (it's also not in the lost mission kiosk). Or that I have to talk to exo stranger...who also don't exist. What am I missing?

The mission should be on the map of Europa. If it's not there, maybe you should talk to the ziggurat? It's a pyramid thing near the Exo Stranger.

you dont need to "own" BL anymore, the campaign for BL and Shadowkeep are now free

The ziggurat is locked, can't talk to it. The only thing on Europa is Variks

try to start mission in chronology of events ( at main map in right upper corner)
for stasis thread and prysm you do need to complete the campaign

You mean on the timeline? When I do that I can play "crux of stasis", doesn't do anything though. Maybe I'll try doing all of the ones on the timeline

Check your quest archive in either the HELM or the Tower. You might find the starting quest for the Beyond Light campaign in there. You need to finish the Beyond Light campaign to unlock stasis for a particular character.

after you free variks (after completing the first mission) he should have the next mission, in theory

Aren't these some kind of post camping missions? One of them is supposed to give you a stasis exotic grenade launcher?

thats...i don't know xD i didn't start them.
but otherwise i'm too ain't see where to start all over campaign missions(like with last light campaign, whom on a map of a Neptune)

Also, find the exo stranger on europa, at her camp by the zigg, talk to her, that may help
