Launch is greyed out but i did mission before it..??

Are you at step 5? You need the paid Episode: Heresy pass to continue. Steps 1-5 are the f2p intro, everything after is the paid part. Normally the intro quest and the Act I questline were two separate things, now it looks like they've been combined.
