Machine guns doesn't stun champions
Is it me or it's just not working? ( i activated it in seasonal artifact menu):bo3lmso::Grineer:

Yep, it's marked as a known issue. Not sure when they will fix it tho, probably next patch.

"The Overload Artifact Mod is not applying to Machine Guns when unlocked."

It's an artificial difficulty increase to keep player engagement up. If they "glitch" certain core aspects of the game then the content is more difficult and takes longer to finish, thus retaining players' time for longer. It will be "patched" when they add the next thing to dripfeed their so-called bug fixes into.
