Due to the on-going SAG-AFTRA strike, players may notice certain voice lines being silent in-game. However, Bungie have enabled subtitles by default for this release to ensure players do not miss any narrative content. For full details, please visit the below link.

This is outwith Bungie’s control.
Tell me that the voices will return and solve this problem, because the Spanish version of Spain is not even one voice.
Welcome to how strikes work and when corporations want to use AI voices instead of paying voice actors
Imagine paying people for doing their work!
I just hope that the next saga, its first story DLC, isn't the same or it will be a disaster.
can confirm , no voices in french too
There are missing voice lines in all languages due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike. Until their demands are met, digital media (films, games, audio books, etc) may have missing voice lines. Bungie has enabled subtitles so we don't miss out on any dialogue.
This is outwith Bungie's control.
