New player here

using Ps5 controller, i suck at shooters with controllers' couldnt hit even a big boudler in front of me, how do i turn on Gyro for easier aiming?

Destiny 2 does not support that. If you don't like using the controller, you can always use your mouse and keyboard.

if its not physical limitations, time to start practicing mouse and keyboard, you will get hang of it, also adjust your controllers deadzone settings, should help you, also fix the FOV settings.

oh oh thats the thing- i played mouse and keyboard for over 18 years' im just bored of holding my hands on a keyboard and a piece of plastic with an optic sensor- thats why im trying to learn how to aim with analog sticks

well welcome to hell, no aim assist, or partial aim assist is,, but its bit unreliable and d2s gameplay generally feels bit,,, meh with controller, but it can be done, fix dead zones, sensitivity the basic stuff, also for love of all good in the world, go to gameplay settings and enable full auto fire and i think there was auto melee , disable it, if the controller has room for two melee buttons, bind melee and powered melee and ditch auto melee button, when it comes to melee, you dont want MAYBE it uses throwing knife, or maybe it just wacks with knife, when you want punch, you want punch, when you want to throw atomic hammer and watch world burn,, then it must happen and not maybe one or the other , if you need help learning the ropes.. i can help when i have time, the tutorial is Quite awful.

its like switching from an iphone to android or vice versa, its still a phone, just works slightly different.

power to you, hope the game is enjoyable on the controller, and remember my offer still stands if you need help with stuff, this game is not good for new players... since it barely guides you at all, once you are done with the basic tutorial quest line, the game is like, irght figure the rest out and the tutorial goes out for milk.... and never comes back.

you can calibrate gyro in the steam input settings set it to your right stick. Right click destiny 2, hit properties and go here https://imgur.com/a/1x68UdT . youre gonna have to tweak the settings alot.

just tried- every single time it either dosnt work- or the game somehow resets it back to official scheme

oh yea xur is in the tower, he sells exotics and sometimes good high stat armor, you can get coins he wants from vanguard missions, or from nightfall strikes,im planning on grinding on them coins my self so if you are interested we can team up, xur is also selling a hover board that lets you do cool tricks.
