Rake Angle, Nightfall weapon Rotation?

Hello all, I really want the Rake Angle, my understanding is it's part of a rotation of Nightfall activities.

I have never done that before because my power-level is just 1996.

When will Rake Angle next rotate in?

Hopefully, I will hit 2015 by then.
