The passes are for the Episodes, self-contained stories that play out across three Acts.

So if you buy the season pass for Episode Heresy, you get all of it - Act !, II and III.

If you buy the annual pass edition, then you get passes for Episode: Echoes and Episode: Revenant as well, those are the other two stories that have released alongside The Final Shape's game year.

The season pass isn't for the individual acts, only the whole episodes. Episodes are made up of 3 acts. If you've bought the season pass for this episode, you don't need to buy anything else to get the rewards from the season pass. You just need to play the game and get XP to unlock the rewards on the pass.
