Rite of the Nine Weapons Dropping at Zero Power?

Title -

I have had two holofoil wilderflights drop that are both zero power. So far its the only weapon to do this; regular drops of it and adept drops are normal as are any other weapons (holofoil or otherwise).

They can at least be infused, but just curious if anyone else has seen this?

Yesterday, when I clicked on the 0 LL one in DIM, it crashed the site

i got two when the 0 dropped. im guessing they are just giving it out with a second one as a temp fix
